Corporate Governance
We consider the efficient cooperation between the Managing Board and the Supervisory Board, respect for shareholders’ interests and open corporate communication to be key pillars of good Corporate Governance, which in turn is the basis for gaining the trust of the capital market. With a few exceptions, we therefore commit to the principles of the German Corporate Governance Code.
